THIS MIRROR SEES YOUR FUTURE HEALTH

Technology is impacting healthcare in a big way. Here are a few of the more notable health tech products I saw at CES 2026.

First up is Eyebot, a kiosk that can do automated eye tests. The process takes just a few minutes and you can already find them in some Walmart locations.

“It uses safe infrared light and it actually scans your eyes automatically,” said Matthias Hofmann, CEO of Eyebot.

Once the scan is done, the results are sent to a licensed tele-optometrist. “We collect information, it goes to the cloud, and the doctors see the same information in their own clinic,” said Hofmann. The doctor reviews the data and emails a prescription in minutes.

Next, we checked out a smart scale from Withings. It checks more than 60 biomarkers using 12 electrodes across the base and the handle.

“It will collect more than 60 biomarkers, very critical when it comes to longevity… ones that are predictive of your long term health,” said Louise De Vazelhes of Withings. Once you step off, the results are sent straight to an app on your phone.

Once you’re done there, you can use the restroom to find out if you’re properly hydrated. Vivoo, known for its home health test strips, now has a smart toilet device. You just clip it onto your existing bowl and go as usual.

“Hydration is one of the most underestimated wellness markers. It affects your mood, your level of energy, how you focus, and your productivity, so many things,” explained Miray Tayfun, co-founder of Vivoo.

Your hydration levels show up right on your phone. It costs $99 with no subscription fee.

Finally, how about looking into a mirror for a glimpse into your health? NuraLogix is making a “Longevity Mirror” that analyzes blood flow patterns in your face to create a snapshot of your health.

“It’s specifically designed to give you information about your longevity and your health and wellness potential for the next 20 years,” said Marzio Pozzuoli, CEO of NuraLogix.

“It’s taking a 30 second video of your face and extracting your blood flow every time your heart pumps blood,” said Pozzuoli.

The system then gives you data on everything from heart health and mental wellness to your core vitals, but at $900, it’s still a bit pricey for the average bathroom.
