A litigation attorney is essentially a court room based attorney. After passing the test, they are required to obtain their doctorates degree or Juris Doctor. After graduation, they are required to take and pass the state bar examination.

After they obtain their state bar approval, they must obtain experience in their field, which allows them to represent clients of all types, giving them extensive experience in representing clients from all walks of life.
