Popsicle Ingredients

Creamsicles

  • Milk: Milk adds a nice base when blended for yogurt for some creaminess and a nice bite.
  • Yogurt: This adds the thick and creamy texture you find in these popsicles + a dose of probiotics.
  • Vanilla: This helps add the classic Creamsicle flavor, that only serves to enhance the Wellness Elixir.
  • Lemon: This adds the perfect touch of acidity to tie all of the ingredients together.
  • Honey: This gives just a touch more sweetness to make these ice pops treat-like.
  • Chia Seeds: Not only do chia seeds add nutritional power, they add a wonderful texture to these creamy pops.

Basil Ice Pops

  • Water: This is an essential when you're going for an icy ice pop!
  • Honey: Adds the right balance of sweetness.
  • Basil: Fresh basil really complements the flavors of the Wellness Elixir and add a nice pop of flavor when you bite into them.

How to Make

Tips

  • For a dairy-free option, use full-fat coconut milk from a can and cashew or oat milk-based yogurt as replacement in the Creamsicle variety.
  • You can use agave syrup, maple syrup or sugar-free syrup to replace the raw honey in both versions of these popsicles.
  • You can make these ice pops ahead of time then keep stored in freezer bags or freezer-safe storage containers for up to 2 months.
